For most, it is a matter of remaining healthy as long as possible. The thing is that, your body was created to work as a machine. When every part of the machine is cared for, the whole machine works the best which it can. When the device is neglected either partly or in the whole, then the machine won't run well and finally won't run whatsoever.

If a car, for example, is well looked after for many years, it will keep going many years much longer. If it is not taken care of, for example you don't change the olive oil in it, you trim several years off the life span of the car. That's costly to you, however when you understand this as your body, you are shaving away days, weeks, and even years off. Of your life when you don't care for your machine (the body.)

Fitness is a necessary part of life. Before we get on the soap field, understand that fitness is something that you can get into the habit to do rendering it easy.

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. Whenever you were three you were probably trained to clean your teeth. You learned to place your clothes on. After you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Would you worry about brushing your pearly whites today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not carrying it out. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You just can't give up what you love. That isn't true.

If you hold the will power just to save your life by restricting for only a few weeks. You'll see that fitness can be easily learned by you.
