Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. After you were three you were probably trained to clean your pearly whites. You learned to put your clothes on. If you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Will you worry about brushing your pearly whites today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not doing it. You'll declare that getting fit is just too hard. You merely can't quit what you love. That's not true.
