For most, it is a matter of remaining healthy as long as possible. You observe, your body is designed to are a machine. When each part of the machine is cared for, the complete machine works the best which it can. When the machine is neglected either in part or in the complete, then the machine won't run well and finally won't run in any way.

If a car, for example, is well preserved for quite some time, it will keep going many years much longer. If it isn't looked after, for example you don't change the olive oil in it, you cut many years off the life of the automobile. That's costly for you, however when you look at this as the body, you are shaving away times, weeks, and even years off. Of your life when you do not care for your machine (your system.)

Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. While you were three you were probably trained to brush your teeth. You learned to put your clothes on. Whenever you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not carrying it out. You'll declare that getting fit is just too hard. You just can't give up what you like. That isn't true.
