Fitness is a necessary part of life. Before we get on the soap container, understand that fitness is something that you can enter the habit of doing which makes it easy.

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. While you were three you were probably taught to brush your tooth. You learned to place your clothes on. Once you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Will you worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because from the habit. That's what we want you to think about when you think of fitness.
