For most, this is a matter of remaining healthy so long as possible. The simple truth is, your body is designed to are a machine. When each part of the machine is looked after, the whole machine works the best it can. When the machine is neglected either partly or in the complete, then your machine won't run well and eventually won't run whatsoever.

If a car, for example, is well maintained for quite some time, it will go on many years longer. If it isn't taken care of, for example you do not change the essential oil in it, you cut many years off the life of the car. That's costly for you, however when you understand this as the body, you are shaving away days, weeks, and even years off. Of your life when you don't care for your machine (your body.)

Fitness is essential parts of life. Before we get on the soap box, understand that fitness is something that you can enter the habit to do rendering it easy.

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. If you were three you were probably educated to brush your teeth. You learned to put your clothes on. While you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Does one worry about brushing your pearly whites today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of learning to be fit and staying healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not carrying it out. You'll claim that getting fit is just too hard. You just can't quit what you love. That isn't true.

If you hold the will power just to save your life by sacrificing for just a few weeks. You'll see that fitness can be easily learned by you.

Our first goal is to find out where you stand right now. Don't fret, this is painless, but it could injure your ego somewhat to do it. Nevertheless, it's an important first rung on the ladder.
