For most, it is just a matter of staying healthy as long as possible. The thing is that, your body was created to work as a machine. When every part of the machine is looked after, the entire machine works the best so it can. When the machine is neglected either partly or in the complete, then your machine won't run well and finally won't run in any way.

If an automobile, for example, is well maintained for quite some time, it will last many years longer. If it isn't looked after, for example you don't change the essential oil in it, you trim many years off the life of the automobile.
