Once you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Will you worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not carrying it out. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You merely can't quit what you like. That's not true.
