Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. Once you were three you were probably taught to brush your tooth. You learned to place your clothes on. After you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Will you worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because from the habit. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.
