If it is not taken care of, for example you don't change the olive oil in it, you slice several years off the life span of the car. Fitness is a necessary part of life. Before we can get on the soap pack, understand that fitness is something that you can enter the habit to do which makes it easy.

Fitness is not something that you have to struggle with. After you were three you were probably taught to brush your pearly whites. You learned to place your clothes on. If you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Will you worry about brushing your teeth today? No, because from the habit. That's what we wish you to think about when you think of fitness.
