Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. If you were three you were probably trained to brush your pearly whites. You learned to place your clothes on. Whenever you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Do you really worry about cleaning your pearly whites today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of learning to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not doing it. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You merely can't quit what you like. That isn't true.
